Who we are

Creator Sprint Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17548610. Our registered office is 1 Pembridge Gardens, London W2 4EE. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us at hello@creatorsprint.co.uk.

What we collect and why

Our website form. Your shop name and email address. We use them to send the free video you asked for and to reply to you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests and taking steps at your request before a contract.
Business emails we send. The names and work email addresses of company directors and shop contacts, taken from public sources such as company websites, Companies House and TikTok Shop. We use them to send a small number of emails about our service. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. Every email lets you opt out by replying "no". We then stop and add your address to a do-not-contact list.
Public shop data. Public TikTok Shop sales figures for your shop, used to prepare the numbers in our emails and videos.
Clients. Contact, billing and account details needed to deliver the service and invoice for it. Our lawful basis is the contract.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the business: Google Workspace for email, Instantly for sending business emails, Netlify for website hosting and the form, and our payment provider for invoices. Some of them process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We delete outreach contact details 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. If you opt out, we keep your email address on our do-not-contact list so that we do not email you again. We keep client records for 6 years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to object to how we use it. You can object to marketing emails at any time, and we will stop. Email hello@creatorsprint.co.uk and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
